Pension Servicing

Our Pension Servicing platform makes it easier to see information on your clients who hold a pension plan with us. Pension Servicing allows you to:

  • Get plan information ahead of your client’s annual review.
  • Instigate core tasks – like fund switches, or requests to amend your client’s level of drawdown income.
  • Contact us if any additional information is needed.

Investments

  • See the current value of the plan, with a full breakdown of the investments held.
  • Make the most of the online PDF valuation statement.
  • Instruct fund switches online (where permission has been given by your client).
  • Link to a PDF form, where a change to an external investment is required.
  • See the current split between the crystallised and un-crystallised elements of the fund.

Bank Account

  • See all transactions that have taken place over the current or previous tax year or policy year.
  • Filter transactions as required, like showing “LV= Fees” or “Adviser Fees”.

Contributions

  • See full details of all monies received under the plan. This includes transfer payments and regular/single contributions from the employer or employee.
  • Access our Increase to Contributions form, if your client wishes to add additional transfers or contributions to their plan.

Income

  • See the full details of all Drawdown tranches held by your client. This includes the amount moved into Drawdown at outset, amount of PCLS taken, income taken, bank details held and GAD review dates and maximum figures.
  • Request a change to the existing levels of regular income, or request a one-off income payment online.
  • Access our Change of Bank Details form, where drawdown income is being taken and a change to the account details is needed.

General policy servicing

  • Filter a full list of clients by the specific fund they hold, or if they’re invested through a specific Discretionary Fund Manager or fund house.
  • Submit general queries, with a response feature for a call back or email response.

Scheduled maintenance

Throughout the year we schedule regular maintenance of our Pension Servicing platform. It means we can continue to improve the service for you. To help with your planning, here are the upcoming dates for scheduled maintenance:

  • Tuesday 12 October (Contingency date: Wednesday 13 October)

Access to Pension Servicing will be unavailable on these dates until the downtime maintenance is complete. Please ensure you have downloaded everything you need prior to this date.
