We’ve supported you with even more webinars and launched new propositions to help you offer tailored solutions. And, our dedicated account managers were always on hand to help you get valuable protection in place for your clients. 

Supporting you everyday

Our account managers have been on hand to answer any queries, help with your cases and offer 1 to 1 training to support you throughout the year. To support your CPD requirements we ran a programme of webinars covering product overviews, expert views and all the latest updates. We hosted 156 webinars that had over 18,000 attendees’ and provided 8,322 hours of CPD.

New product launches

In the last year we’ve bought you three new propositions to help you protect even more clients with tailored products. These included new Life and Critical Illness Cover to protect against the most claimed for conditions. As well as more income protection solutions including Mortgage and Rent Cover and Executive Income Protection.

Continued customer support

We continued to offer our everyday emotional and practical support services through LV= Doctor Services and our Member Care Line. And, we extended our free to use Remote GP services to 24/7 and provided access for partners/spouses. We also continued to offer payment breaks for those with financial impacts - in 2021 we waived over £34,000 in policy premiums for 92 members and have committed to maintaining this service for eligible members during 2022.

Making it easy to do business 

We have a range of tools and online support to make it easy for you to do business with us. Our 24/7 online support means you can get instant indicative decisions through our pre-underwriting tool and track the progress of your Fastway applications via the Protection Progress Hub. We also have a selection of tools to support your recommendations, including the Risk Reality Calculator to provide an instant and personalised risk report to highlight the real need for protection.
